Ife proudly wears the title of mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and 4th generation entrepreneur. Her personal mission is to expand the capabilities of people around the world to be their best selves. Ife’s B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and Masters of Science from Northern Kentucky University in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change make her an accomplished leader. She is currently pursing her doctorate from Bowling Green State University in Organizational Development and Change.

With her many certifications and speaking experience, Ife is an organizational change leader. Ife is best known for development, coaching, teaching process improvement, and strategy deployment that raise performance with measurable success year after year.  She has specialized in increasing business performance and developing strategies that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Latricia Jones

Latricia Jones proudly adorns the title of wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Latricia aspires to be a change agent that propels individuals to achieve their highest potential. Latricia has earned a B.S. from Missouri Southern State University and a Masters of Science from Northern Kentucky University in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change.

Latricia has extensive expertise in process development, solution integration, and leadership training which equips individuals and organizations with the ability to leverage their talents and strengths for results. With over 15 years’ experience in program and leadership development, operations management, speaking and facilitation; Latricia’s collaborative approach and keen understanding of various work environments allows her to relate and easily work with individuals at all levels; individuals and teams.

Natalie Gabbard

Natalie is honored to wear the title of wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She is passionate about education and learning with a strong commitment to individual learning and growth. Natalie has earned a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Masters of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University.

Natalie has expertise in employee engagement, team development, human resources, and coaching in higher education assisting individual and organizations with maximizing their return on their key investment, people.
